Day One
Arrive Dar es Salaam. Fly to Kilimanjaro. Transfer to hotel. Relax and enjoy the gardens & views of Mt Meru. (D)

Day Two
Transfer to the airport and depart Arusha, Tanzania early morning on a shared air charter.
Arrive Mahale Mountains National Park around noon.
Transfer by Boat on Lake Tanganyika to your Lodge.
This afternoon, relax on the shores of the Lake, take a walk or go for a swim. (B L D)

Day Three
Early start today for a morning spent tracking the chimpanzees living in the beautiful forests of Mahale Mountains.
This afternoon enjoy a boat safari or go for a snorkel in the Lake to see a myriad of endemic species of fish. (B L D)

Day Four
Another early start to track and view chimpanzees.
Afternoon at leisure, or enjoy an optional Boat Safari. (B L D)

Day Five
Leisurely breakfast this morning.
Transfer by boat from the Lodge to the Mahale airstrip.
Depart Mahale mid-day, arriving Arusha late afternoon.
Transfer to your hotel and relax this evening. (B L)

Leisurely breakfast in Arusha this morning.
